Challenge
Philip Morris International wanted to lead the industry in providing product information to legislators and health professionals globally. Rather than simply complying with regional legal requirements, they wanted to provide the same detailed information to all countries in a spirit of transparency.
Solution
I worked with the lead information architect to develop the solution, which provided logical routes for health professionals and legislators to access the same data. The solution was a detailed information portal that officials could turn to.
