Client
Pageflakes is an Ajax-based start page similar to My Yahoo!, Google Personalized Homepage, and Microsoft Live.
Challenge
Pageflakes has contracted me on multiple occasions to design small user-selected modules called Flakes that provide access to web services. To date, my work has included a Skype Flake, Movie Times Flake, Facebook Flake and Sports Flake.
Solution
Working with Pageflakes executives, I refined Flake requirements and then created high-fidelity wireframes that described each Flake’s interface and behavior. After agreeing on the solution, I created the full color final design along with a specification that described how each flake should work.
