Overview
I’m an interaction designer and user experience consultant with an M.S. HCI and over 7 years of experience in both the United States and Europe. An active member of the user experience design community, I’ve previously been a columnist for Digital Web Magazine and London Local Ambassador for UXnet, the user experience network.

Creating user-centered designs for Radar, a social media service that turns cameraphone pictures and videos into ongoing visual conversations among friends.

Developed compelling user-centered solutions by working directly with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies throughout UK and Europe. Clients included UBS, Barclays, Barclaycard, Vodafone, British Telecom, Atos Origin, Phillip Morris International, and Sony. Notable projects included leading the user experience design of Barclaycard’s new consumer site, leading mobile handset benchmarking research across UK, Germany and Italy, and a significant amount of experience designing and leading usability testing studies.
- Led the client and project team in user experience strategy by leading workshops, client meetings, and collaborative design sessions to define the strategy for projects
- Organized, developed and conducted qualitative and quantitative user research including leading contextual inquiry, focus groups, card sorting, usability testing of low- and high-fidelity prototypes and eye-tracking studies
- Designed sites and applications with appropriate deliverables including personas, conceptual models, user journeys, workflow diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and detailed functional specifications

Designed and developed departmental sites by working with department chairpersons; maintained the quality of the entire site through the development of standards and quality assurance reviews.
